About Me

Lou Rose

I have been in the fitness industry since 1995 and Pilates has been a major part of my work for over a decade.  Aware of how busy life can be, my work has taken me down the holistic path.

We are as old as our bodies feel and I love nothing more than guiding people into a fitter and healthier way of living.   I keep myself fit by attending yoga and pilates classes and walking my dog.

I teach classes in

  • health clubs,
  • Osteopaths,
  • small private groups,
  • one to one private lessons,
  • and classes for osteoporosis and other physical difficulties.

I have recently qualified with Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training. I am trained in many other areas and continually educate myself and build upon my knowledge.

I consider myself so lucky to have such a wonderfully rewarding job – my passion.
